Building an email list is very important for any business. Without one, you are missing out on potential customers who want to buy things from you. To grow your business, use the most effective way of communicating with people- through email.
The first thing you will need to do is choose your email service provider. There are many platforms for this- MailChimp, ConvertKit, and MailerLite are all free. You could also look at FloDesk, ActiveCampaign, Aweber, ConstantContact or GetResponse.
Once you have found a company to use, you need to grow your list. One way is by giving people a freebie (aka “lead magnet”) or coupon code in exchange for their email address.
Some ideas for lead magnets include a short ebook or guide, a template, or a short video or audio.
The best freebies are short and to the point, and they explain how to do something and help your ideal customer solve a problem.
